If his theology were sound he would say that it is sin and man's sinful nature that is causing the problems of the world. But, he also recently said that the Catholic church is the only real church and the only way to heaven. Which left me to ask "I thought Jesus was the way to heaven, did he outsource to you or are you starting a revolt?" At the risk of giving away the fact that I am not Catholic

Much like religion can't be blamed for child molesting priests, as they don't rape children because of / in the name of their religion. (However, the church hierarchy <i>can</i> and <i>should</i> be blamed, as it shields them and relocates them instead of admitting the problem and actually doing something about it.) Of course, nothing like that has ever happened. In other words, if you consider: 1- atrocities made by believers 2- atrocities made by atheists / humanists / scientists 3- atrocities made <i>in the name of</i> religion 4- atrocities made <i>in the name of</i> atheism / humanism / science it's obvious that only 1, 2, and 3 ever happened.
