I suppose no will read this since it is almost a year old but ill say something just in case someone does.

Evolution is not proven science it is a theory with many holes and inconsistencies. Although its proported as proven fact it is far from it. There is no evidence of Macroevolution, no transitionary species at all. Microevolution, changes within a kind, is not counter creationary at all and is probably the only component of evolution that has been obsereved and can be considered science. It amazes me that a theory riddled with anomlies as serious as Evolution has been accepted as truth.

My question is: if they want it stated in textbooks that evolution is a theory, why don’t they have the same thing printed in textbooks about intellegent design?

Sorry, but I find that line of thought disgusting. A god who’d like anything like that would be an evil god. I wouldn’t follow an evil god even if I was 100% sure he existed. I’d rather burn in some hell than submit to such a monster.

And your reply speaks a lot about believers, too. What’s next, killing in the name of God isn’t a sin either?

Hmm, then again, your quotes are so… absurd, that you may be playing devil’s advocate. I wonder…

I don’t believe they are trying to “sneek” it in. They are simply now, as they have always done, trying to push the teaching of religious belief in schools. But you are right, it doesn’t belong in a science class, but of course I have issues with much that IS tought in science class…
