It would be fair, but they'd rather hire another person to produce 10 Qwerties than double my salary in exchange for my producing 20. Stupid... but, then again, we're talking about managers. If I needed the money and the employer would pay it then it would definitely compensate working fast in order to get those 20 Qwerties produced. But if the money was good or sufficient for my needs I think it would be nice having the rest of the day to do things I liked. I’d choose 2 or 3.
